We require you again to complete personal budget and contact details. Your budget shows income and major out-going expenses.
Contacts is for emergency contact people you’d like us to have. They can be friends or family, and should be people who would still be able to contact you even if you lost your mobile number. We would only contact them in an emergency situation and only if we couldn’t reach you anymore.
If you would prefer to visit a store to complete these steps please see our branches for locations.
